Hornsby residents making payments for their water bill at City Hall will need to call for entry into the building. The new safety measure was implemented for the safety of city employees and water customers who make payments in person at City Hall.
“I realize this is an aggravation, but upon the advice of law enforcement, this has become necessary,” said Hornsby Mayor Pat Plunk.
Residents may make payments at City Hall on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. When you arrive at City Hall, please call (731) 518-5176, which is also posted on the office door.
If you need to handle regular city business, non-water, you may call (731) 658-6188, and the city recorder will respond as soon as possible.
