The Hardeman County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office has received reports of Hardeman County residents receiving phone calls from individuals claiming to be with the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office or another Hardeman County office and requesting payment of fees.
These calls are NOT from our office or Hardeman County.
Please do not provide personal information, banking information, credit/debit card numbers, or make any payments to the caller.
If you receive one of these calls, please report it to your local law enforcement agency and do not engage with the caller.
