Annual Mennonite Fall Festival Returns in October

[tpm_video]

If you have not already, make plans to attend the Fall Festival, which is held at Byler Craft in Whiteville. The annual event has been held for more than 25 years to raise money for the Whiteville Mennonite School. Festivities start at 7 a.m. with breakfast and donuts being sold, and yes, people are there minutes earlier ready to eat!

The one-day event attracts people from across West Tennessee and outside of the area. One of the biggest highlights is the benefit auction, which will start at 10 a.m. There will be handmade quilts, furniture, and other specialty items going to the highest bidder.

Lunch starts at 10:30 a.m. with plates of grilled chicken, slaw, baked beans, and homemade pies. Others food items will be available for purchase along with one favorite, handmade ice cream.

There will also be several activities and the train ride for children to enjoy.

My tip is to arrive early!

Byler Craft is located at 655 Highway 64, Whiteville, 38075.
