- The Town of Whiteville is sponsoring a Breast Cancer Walk at Whiteville Park { 318 West Main Street, Whiteville, 38075 }. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. Program starts at 8 a.m. and walk follows.

- Open Air on the Square closes its season with an R&B Overload featuring Bird Williams and J Buck music by the Hoodshift DJs at the Courthouse Square { 100 Warren Street, Bolivar, 38008 }. The free event starts at 7 p.m., show time at 8 p.m., and Block Party at 10 p.m.
