The City of Bolivar is pleased to announce the implementation of the Bolivar Dementia & Alzheimer’s Safety Registration Program, designed to help first responders better assist individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease during emergencies.
If you have a loved one diagnosed with either condition, we encourage you to complete a Safety Registration Form and return it to Mick Vinson at the Bolivar Police Department or Sarah Rice at the Bolivar Fire Department.
Registration forms may be picked up at either department and will also be available for download from the City’s website.
Completed forms will be kept on file, with copies forwarded to the Hardeman County Emergency Communications District (9-1-1) to provide first responders with valuable information when every second counts.
A little preparation today can make a BIG difference in an emergency tomorrow!
